I lived here for 5 months and it was horrible. I am not trying to put anyone down but I was so deceived from the moment I moved in. Parking is completely short. I found myself coming home from the movies twice and no where to park. I have found serpentines coming out of my sink. I finally moved out because the owner, Mr. Stanly Angel refused to remove my carpet after I started smelling a lot of humidity coming out of it. He said it's because I lower my a.c. when I leave. When I finally moved, sure enough, underneath my brand new living room set, was stains of humidity, underneath my tv set as well, all this. I believe in order for you to believe me, go and check out an apartment. It wouldn't be bad at all considering it's in Kendall and if they would pain the complex, and maintain their maintenance, it would look better. Check it out for yourself if you wish.
