the grand rivage is not a peaceful place to live, at all. the people who work in the office are not polite, there is no security at all. the garbage gets piled up every weekend its disgusting, it smells so retched. the gates work when they want to. its not children friendly they complain about everthing. also about petty things they single out certain tenants. no parking, pool and Jacuzzi are not sanitary, the gym equipment never work. children are not aloud to play outside at all without a parent present, all times,under the age of 18 if they catch children unsupervised they will try to evict they will give seven days to leave there aparment if u don't they will harass you until they end, and its very unethical. they don't say anything to drivers when they drive when they speed in the apartment complex.and its not a nice place to live
