 the grand rivage is not a peaceful place to live, at all. the people who work in the office are not polite, there is no security at all. the garbage gets piled up every weekend its disgusting, it smells so ... more

 My experience with the management staff is that they are intrusive and forget their objective in keeping the property kept up to standard. They have given notes to all apartments that haven children, that no child under 18 is allowed ... more

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
