I lived at 21358 on the 3rd. floor for two years. I hated every minute of it.

The apartment was very nice and new and incredibly well maintained. However, the neighborhood and the NEIGHBORS leave much to be desired.

First and foremost, THE PLACE IS FOR LOW INCOME PEOPLE; I wish I would have known that prior to renting! The complex is bordered by two HUD housing projects. That, in itself, tells you that you will be living in the middle of an urban war zone.

On Christmas day, not too long ago, a woman by the name of Shirley was gunned down on the first floor of my building. I was going out for dinner and was the first person to stumble upon her dying body and unborn child in a pool pf blood. Why' Because the complex's security gates were never working!

Also, the ghetto super stars kids set off the fire alarms all the time. Neighbors blast their stereo systems all day and all night. Oh, and management doesn't care as they do the same when they have a residential event.

The place is so bad that you can't even get pizza delivered!!!

Also, garbage pickups are horrible. On Mondays the trash bags are piled up in the parkign lots by the trash bins. Dogs rip through them and the whole parking lot is a mess.

It is a real ghetto. I lived on the 2nd floor. I loved there for about 2 & 1/2 months and had to get out! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!

You couldn't of described this place any better than you just did. Just the other day I caught a gentlemen breaking into a neighbors car and had to call the cops of course even though the guy is was in the vehicle when the cops pulled up they lost him when he ran. Asking management to repair something is horrible if you are not spanish you won't get much help. One part of this complex is good and then when I moved to a two bedroom I was so happy but boy did that happiness fad away fast when my neighbors seem to live outside there apartment with the whole complex smoking weed playing lound music while I suffer upstairs with my 3 month old infant trying to put him to sleep. I was better off dealing with my one bedroom apartment were it was quite. I am sssooooo in a rush to move the hell out of her. And for the location horrible they have a ghetto low income housing right next door and they easily walk over here and steal and walk back like nothing. You would think that management would find ways to prevent that such as fixing the gates to open and close for residents only and the most important thing HIRE A BETTER SECURITY GUARD NOT A 19 YEAR OLD CHILD THAT IS ALWAYS INVOLVED THE MIX THAT GOES DOWN IN THE COMPLEX. This complex makes you just wanna pack and leave even if you have a lease. Next year i am OUT OF HERE.NEVER TO LOOK BACK AGAIN.

well in live there now and it's not no where near this now it's very quiet and the neighbors are no where near gehheto i dont know if the didi alot of kicking out in the past 3 yrs but i moved in feb 3 2006 and i love my apartment..... but again i stay to myself and i dont come out unless im going to work or leaving. my daughter plays well with the kids and ive never had an problem yet..... ive lived in alot worst but this is ok

WELL I BEEN LIVING IN GARDEN WALK FOR ABOUT 13 YEARS, AND WHEN I FIRST MOVE IN THERE WERE VERY NICE APARTMENTS. NOW THESE APARTMENTS ARE THE WORST EVER. FIRST OF ALL STARTING BY THE MANAGER THEY HAVE NOW AND HER ASSISTANCES THEY ARE ALL FULL OF --------, THEY DO NOT FIX ANYTHING, U BASICALLY HAVE TO FIX EVERYTHING ON YOUR OWN AND WITH YOUR OWN MONEY,BECAUSE THEY DO NOT TOUCH THESE APARTMENT ON THE INSIDE AT ALL TO GET THEM UP TO DATE. THE ONLY THING THEY WORRY IS ABOUT THE OUTSIDE LIKE PEOPLE ARE LIVING ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITS. ANYWAYS THERE IS SO MUCH TRASH ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITS, WITH BROKEN GATES, GHETTO PEOPLE AND THE ONLYTHING THEY KNOW WHAT TO DO IS COMPLAIN TO THE OFFICE AND I BET U THAT THEY DO NOT EVEN PAY THEIR RENT ON TIME. ALSO THE MANAGEMENT ARE SO TERRIBLE THAT EVEN IF U DECIDE TO MAKE YOUR APARTMENT LOOK BETTER AND FIX IT ON YOUR OWN THEY STILL COMPLAIN AND ARE BOTHER BY IT WHICH IS STUPID BECAUSE THEY DO NOT FIX ----. Is this apartments in Commerce, OK? My daughter is getting ready to move there. She looked for apartments in the Miami area and this seemed like the best to her. Is she making a mistake? Yes she is low income and doesn't make a lot working on NEO campus. She lives in campus apts., but has to move as they will be bull dozed end of July. HELP!

Hello Every THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS A COMPLETE JOKE,!!! THE COMMENTS ARE TRUE.I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND THIS PLACE HAS BECOME A COMPLETE S---HOLE, THE OFFICE STAFF MEMBERS ARE ALL CUBAN AND YOUR COMPLETELY WRONG IF YOUR ANY OTHER RACE OR THINK THAT SOMETHING WILL ACTUALLY GET FIXED IN YOUR APARTMENT. SO MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK, BUT YOU DO NEED TO MOVE OUT FOR YOUR SAFETY
