I am a tenant for years at Garden Walk and i notice that things are getting worst every year By now 2007 it should be much better i am tired of getting letters about the rent increase before the lease is up. It is a shame when you want something done in your apartment it cant and won't get done i think it got to do with were you from. If you speak Spanish consider it done if you ain't Spanish don't hold your breath you will die. The gates need working on people come from those filthy projects which is next to us walk in and walk out as they please. My car was broken into and nobody seems to care only when a law sue file against Garden Walk then will things change. The trees need trimming so there would be more light in the area and to mention the parking is outrageous there is a lot of people who don't live here that stays here and occupy the parking spaces i think the spaces should be label. Security need to tighten up and be more aware of what is going on. I hate to say it but this community is going down fast.

Unfortunately you moved out as soon as the new manager started working there. I agree to what you are saying, but the property is so much more different now - it's made a big turn around - you should stop by.
