this apartment complex would be so much better if they would stop raising the rent and evict the people who are causing it to be a unsafe and noisy place to live. When me and my family first got here it was OK until alot of the kids were pulling fire alarms and messing with residents cars by throwing things or trying to break in them. I also wish they were bigger or maybe even have bigger washer and dryers. Last but not least I think that the staff can really use a reality check and let them know that they are not just there for a check and that the world does not revolve around them. If the CEO and the whole corporate office can see how they act with out them knowing, they will understand the complaints and conversations that the tenants have about there employees.

I agree 100 percent! They have all these rules in the lease that no one follows. My vehicle has been broken into twice! The management is, for lack of a better word, GHETTO! So why would you expect more from the tenants!

People, people get the facts straight!! This Community is more then Good to you..I've Been here for ten years and had no problem with the apartment complex until about 2007 probably when you two anonymous people came..Check your lifestyle and your children before you blame Golden...They only have about 7 or 8 people trying there best to serve two large communities.. maybe if you two can go back to where ever you came from the community can get back to what it use to be....Only someone Who acts ghetto can Define it. Ha!
