I agree 100% with the fact that the staff is ridiculously ghetto. They are the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever dealt with. Its terrible that you pay your rent, follow the rules and still get treated like crap when you call for maintenance or have a general question. There is truly a difference when my people are allowed to facilitate things. I really wish I had not moved into these apartments because it has not been a good experience at all. They could also use some updates inside of the units because they are falling apart.
