ANYTHING your neighbor upstairs does you can hear it below. If you have inconsiderate neighbors you will suffer. I've had them ever since I moved in almost two years ago. I am moving as soon as my lease is over.

I complained repeatedly to the landlady about the Noisingtons upstairs moving furniture at all times of the day, causing a ruckus in the middle of the night too, stomping around, dropping things on the floor (in the dead of the night I've been bolted out of bed by these drops almost nightly), talking well into the night. The landlady simply told me *take it and like it, don't call here anymore*.

DO NOT recommend this place at all unless you can live on the top floor.
