I have lived at the Groves at Sunset for several months now. So far the apartment has been nice and the management seems responsive to complaints, except for never replacing lightbubls in the hallways outside the apartment. I share the same complaint about parking as another reviewer. The spaces are way too tight and people are careless - my car has 4 new scratches in 3 months. However, the location is convenient, the neighbors are quiet, and the landscaping is beautiful.
