We recently rented here and the units themselves overall are nice and so is the landscaping of the building, but these apartments have one major problem- poor managment! We contacted the office several times to request repairs and in particular the repair of our bathtub. It took them four months to come out and fix it. Finally when they did send someone to fix it we were robbed by the worker. They let him in while we weren't there to do the work, we had our bathtub repaired and a few days later when we went get the money to make a deposit it was gone! Immediatly we contacted the office to report it, but only reached their answering machine, so we left a msg. On the following day, which was a Sat. we went down to the office to speak to them, but no one was there. So we went to the pool in the meantime to wait for them (the office is next to the pool). During that time a person interested in renting an apt. came to the office. When she saw that there was no one there she asked us if we knew what time they would arrive. We responed that we did not know. She said that they had given her an appointment for that time on Sat. and they weren't even there! On Monday we called the office and finaly spoke to the building mgr. and asked if she had received our msg. She said no. When we told her what happen she said what do you suggest' When we asked her to question her worker she said dhe would not do that. We expressed to her our dissatisfaction to which she only responded oh well. For this reason I would not reccomened these apartments to anyone!
