I would say that until the change in manager in 2007 the Hamlet was run extremely well with a manager who was fair and unbiased. She worked along with you in all endeavors. The maintenance was excellent. The ground well kept and the office staff easy to communicate with. With the current manager & staff that has all changed for the worse. To top that off, all the ammenities are NOT available for tennent use, with the pool and clubhouse closed for months on end, at the managers discretion.
There has been a severe rise in break-ins and assaults on the property. I do not feel safe whatsoever. The rent rises dramatically every year and the quality of your comunity decreases. Forget about activities, that is a mere sham! This was a wonderful place to live 16 months ago. Now it is sheer hell and is VERY unsafe. If you don't mind riding shotgun for your own safety and maintenence and 'upscale" housing does not mean much to you, then THIS is the place for you. If you have more "class" than just move on and you can find "decent" housing, this definately is NOT the place for people with class.
