The hot tub NEVER worked. The pool was clean most of the time. The tennis court is fun. The gate seldom worked.
When I moved out I had the apartment and rug professionally cleaned. When I asked for a pre walk trough inspection I was told verbally that everything was fine. The day I moved out I asked for a final inspection and was told, 'to not worry about it, we are real busy, you are fine.' Two months later I got a bill in the mail for a quarter size discoloration in the carpet that I never even saw during my exit. When I called about it I was berated and threatened with legal action if I did not pay. I was at this time leaving to be deployed with the military and this was a real nightmare.
