When we moved in we told management we owned a jet ski and would it be o.k. to park it on property, yes they told us. We recently renewed our lease and again reminded them of our jet ski. The new manager said "no problem". A few months later we recieved a notice that we had violated our lease by having the jet ski. Addressing why this was now a problem, the manager told us " If you don't like it you can leave". THIS IS NOT AN EXXAGERATION,this woman actually told us this. We always paid our rent on time and never caused problems. Our neighbors recently had a baby and were told that they too, had violated their lease as they now have three"people" living in a 1 bedroom.
