Just moved in and are regretting it already. Huge roach problem, pool is never clean and way overpriced. They even promised that our dish would get a good signal but its impossible due to the many trees everywhere. Dishnetwork or Directv alike. The parking spaces are way too small, you cant even fit 2 next to each other in 2 separate parking spaces. Not to mention that there is only one place to put your garbage in the entire complex, and its usually backed up and full.
