Hammocks Trails is a huge maze of apartments, located in a much bigger maze of a suburban monstrosity. It does have good trails for walking, and nearby (if you drive) restaurants and a commercial area. The only problem is trying to park. Good luck. The parking spots are as narrow as your car, they ones near your home are always taken, and your assigned spot is always occupied by someone. They may tow your car our of your assigned spot (it happened).

I have purchased a unit here in April of 2005. I have two assigned spaces, both are always occupied by other tenants/owners who have more cars than their assigned spaces. The most inconsiderate individuals in the world live here. Once we towed and received threats of violence posted on our vehicle. GRS Management does not manage, does not return telephone calls, totally worthless group of individuals.

I live with 3 family members which makes us four, which also means we have 4 cars! The parking spaces are so small that is seems they were made for motorcycles, the drive ways are way too slim, and yes it's very hard to find parking. Because we have four cars, two of us have to park in "Guest" parking, and one day ago, they towed my car! Management doesn't want to give me compensation, so I guess I have to find another complex to park.
