No parking, dirty, very noisy, management not responsive.

When I signed the lease I was assigned a 'good'parking space, 2 days later I learnt I was mislead and that I was assigned a far small space under a tree (therefore my car is messed up by birds every day). Often I cannot fit in my parking space due to the other cars parking. I am still waiting for a new parking space for 6 months.
Management responds 'we will call you back'after each complaint-I have not gotten a call back for 4.5 months.
Neighbours are messy, and extremely noisy at night, I often wake up at 11pm and 3am due to the noise. Neighbours dogs like to mess up the area in front of my apartment.
I have BIG cockroaches and they are not sending the pest control even though I call every day.
When I moved in, the apartment was given to me very dirty.
Lighting is very dim at night, lights in hallways do not work-I put in a work oreder 5 months ago.
