The parking is abominable. I've bewen towed, my friends have been towed. The worst part is there are so many empty spaces, but since parking is "assigned" if you park in someone elses spot, they might tow you. Ex. I had to park in another space because someone had parked in mine. I'm not mean and I didn't want to tow them, but I had to park somehwere. So, I got towed because the peson assigned to that space is apparently willing to be more mean than I am. Not to mention half the machines in the gym are broken, and the management team, GRS, does absolutely nothing. Just save yourself the trouble.
