We were assigned 2 parking spots when we bought the condo, but people are parking in them. We complained to the office, but they said they had no record of us owning the spots. We showed the decals to prove it and showed that the cars did not have decals, but the office did nothing and told us to "be patient." We left several notes on the cars warning that they will be towed, but it did not work. I came home late tonight to find the resident of the spot next to mine parking in my spot. I was tempted to have them towed, but left a note instead--AGAIN. I am considering hiring a lawyer and towing any car that parks in it. I have been keeping a record of all the license plate numbers and will have them listed with the towing company at this rate.

Also, when it rains, the patio floods up to the bedroom and leaks into the floor below. The floor above me has the same issue. We told the office, but they told us to fix it ourselves and seal it. They are totally useless and the maintenance seems like a total waste of money.

I agree! If anyone is looking for a temporary/permanent residence, look elsewhere.
