Okay, so you won't get mugged, you'll have enough parking and an amiable maintenance staff...BUT you will hear your neighbor's music (well enough to sing along), listen to the neighbor's children playing, and have the plants on your balcony die when they bleach the buildings monthly (to "prevent mold growth").
Overall, it was a decent first apartment.
The apartments are in good condition and the pool is as nice as the picture seems, but the gym is TINY.
Maintenance staff respond promptly to problems but they will enter your apartment whether you are home or not.
The staff are constantly upgrading one thing or another around the apartment complex, so you will frequently get notices stuck under your door.
This apartment complex in Kendall is standard, but will be above average if you just rent on the top floors and buy some ear plugs!
