I recently live here and am looking for a new place as I write this little review. I definitely agree with those who have written their own reviews. This place has terrible parking arrangements, the management definitely sucks, the grounds aren't as nice as they seem in the pictures they so eloquently show, and my apartment has mold in the a/c vents besides the fact that it freezes (Yes, literally has ice on it), and in addition to that, I'm paying excessive amounts of light bills b/c these dumb people won't hurry up and send someone to fix the old thing!!!! I haven't moved b/c I still haven't found something yet, but believe me, as soon as I do, it's good-bye for this dump of a place.

Also, they say it's a gated community, but the truth is that anyone could come in at any time. Cars actually line up outside and wait for anyone coming out to open the gate so they can come in. Where's the security'! They say there's security, but someone tried to break into my car not too long ago, and then they have the face to send you little notes when you put something out on your balcony b/c they want the place to look nice when newcomers are around. Oh, and they upped my rent $150 out of the blue. They think we're rich. If I were, I'd have my own home!

I'm serious, I can't wait to leave this place.
