Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
Been here for 2yrs. Apartments are old. Spiders and small ants are always inside, they send people to fumigate but they only fumigate the kitchen if any. if you can not install direct TV because of the location of your balcony, you have to get their cable services which is expensier than direct tv and has no more than 20-25 decent channels plus some of the local channels. if you need maintenance, you have to call 3, 4, 5 and times sometimes even months before they come in. Can wait to get out of the lease and go as far away as I can.
