First of all, I can t explained the deeply nasty felling I have for this place. PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THIS REVIEW!!
Let s start from the top. Wen coming in the complex the have made a Gorgeous landscaping in the front, wen you get to the office is beautiful and the apartments! Wao Beautiful, they are a dream!! Wake up that is just wat it is a dream All the landscaping in the building are in the false front of the building, the apartment that they will show you is a trap (Bait and Catch) the entrance of the apartment you will see is from the balcony (witch is impossible, just in the sample apt.) and a highly interior designer decor the apt. so be ready for the dump you are getting. The Apt. that you will get is old, rusty, the A/C don t work well, the wall are paper thing so you will actually hear your neighbor going to the bathroom. The Apr are a super mess. Lets talk about out side (Wao where do I begin) There is trash, bottles, drugs, pipes, etc everywhere the maintanace of the outside is horrible. The maintenance people only go from apt to apt trying to fix all the problems in the apt s and don clean the parking lot. The maintenance people are always in the garbage dumpster to see what people trough out to see what they can rescue. The light of the complex go out at 5am so if you go to work before 7:30 prepare to walk in the dark and if is winter good look until 8:30 is dark. THIS IS A FACT on February15, 2007 a women was assault wit robbery and violation attemp on the parking lot. She was held, cover her mouth and hold at knife point in the parking lost and drag to the playground. Thankfully for the women someone saw hem and they left her behind and she escape. The Apartment mangers put a letter in our doors telling us that our personal security is our responsibility (even do its a gated community) and the were not responsible for ANYTHING that happens in the complex. By the way your car are Secure in a gated community Witch is NOT true, any one enters throu the gates at any time, cause there are NOT security at the gates. The letter estates that the security in the proximities are for THEM and to watch for THERE property NOT YOURS OR YOU.
They stop checking peoples history, records, background or credit checks and anyone can come in. Just to give you an example in my building only there are a homosexual couple, a House full of illegal people, a house with 7 kids (---, lesbians, raper, rocker, and junkies making noise, parties, etc and they use the house as a dorm) We have witchcraft and dog pupies an the floor.

This place is not safe, clean or enjoyable at all. You will wonder what Im I doing here' I was hook on the apt bait but as soon as my lease expires you will never seem near this complex , That;s a promies. Go some where else no here. This is not a joke, its so bad that you pay for you place, they give you a right to have 1,2 or 3 parking sports according to your apt rooms, but if you are not there at 5 you will have to park in the grass and in top of that There security WILL put a sticker on your windows for parking in a place that you are supose to have a parking spot. Look I said in the beagining Don't run from this place, take the concord to go away faster You and most of all, your family don t deserve to be in this place

P.S. The good coments in other enteries are posted by the girls in the office, don't trust the. They are posted by the Harbour Key manegers. I am 1,000% in agreement with you. All that this person said is true b/c I have experienced every single thing myself. I can't wait 'til my lease is over either. I hate this place! What I hate the most about this place is that there are drug dealers here. My greatest fear is that one day a drive-by will happen and innocent people will get caught. Unfortunately, I'm sure the people in this terrible place know it, but because they're not willing to lose the money, they won't do anything about it. Honestly, people, don't let these irresponsible people get your money. Go somewhere else! Don't get caught up with the "pretty", yet fake apartment they show you. That's how they've gotten everyone else in this place, including me.

What I want to know is what the hell do homosexuals and lesbians living in the complex have to do with making it a bad place you uneducated homophobe?!?!? You are a very ignorant person for making those comments because if you knew anything you would know that ---- have more class and taste than most. Let's think of some --- communities... ummm Miami Beach, one of the most famous and beautiful beaches in the world... and oh my ITS FULL OF -----!!!! And just so you know many homosexuals are far more educated than you and can spell and use grammar correctly and hold masters and PHD's, I'm sure you don't even have you GED. Instead of sitting online blogging about ----- and pressing your ear against your wall to hear your neighbor's use the bathroom, GO GET AN EDUCATION!!!

I agree that homosexuality has nothing to do with how safe or nice a place is but, I do have to agree with everything else. On my floor alone, live two junkies that are constantly fighting in the hallway at 8 am, on a Sunday. On top of that, my apartment is falling apart. The cabinet doors are breaking in the kitchen and the bathroom. People don't use leashes to walk their dogs. The walls are paper thin. It is too the point that I can hear my neighbors a/c go on and off when I am studying! The neighbor across from me plays with her dogs in the middle of the hall, instead of inside her apt. I can't wait to get out of their. 51 days and counting. Oh did I mention it is way to expensive and the "state of the art" gym's equipment is old, broken, or torn!
