Units are spacious but old. Small spiders all over the appartment. they only fumigate under a couple of cabinets in the kitchen. If you have a problem and call the office for maintenance, you have to pray that Javier from the office doesn't answer the phone since this guy doens't seem to have a brain and I'm being nice, he never puts the work orders so you're left waiting for maint to show up and they never do, when you call back, surprise!! He didn't put a work order, so you have to start again. He's the most unprofessional person you can meet. in last year (2007) we had about 3-4 letters from the office, about intent of robbery and rape in the complex and were asked to be more carefull at night when walking from our car to our appartments. People with dogs, don't care about the assignated areas for dogs and you can find Dog Sh@# pretty much anywhere. Trust me... Keep on driving!!!
