I have lived here for 5 years and have never had anything below satisfactory.
The staff is extremely caring, and the premises is immaculate in every aspect.
So please do not go on the website and insult the employees, the property, or the payments.
It is not the staffs fault that you cant comply with the rent guidlines because you are a uneducated fool.
you should have gone to college before you tried moving into high class society.
The property has two pools, a gym, and two parks.
It is also placed on kendall drive which is sorrounded by stores such as Best Buy, Publix, and office depot, and many other convenient places.
The schools around the area are also awesome, and adding to the fact that the the buss stops are placed less than a 5 minute walk from the property.
The apartments are also top-notch and I have had nothing but confortable living in them.
So before you insult this place think about what you say because nobody has time to hear from babbling, idiotic fools!!!

I know, besides leaving in the complex you also work in the office and I may add that you, Maria and other couple of girls that work and have worked in there are very nice and friendly, same with the guys from maintenance dept. But I have to agree with the review before yours that Javier is very Unprofesional and extremely rude. Mostly when he's walking around the premises, he acts like he owns the place and your leaving there for free, like he's doing you a favor. He never enters work orders and if you go to the office on a weekend and he's alone, he's on his mobile phone and doesn't pay attention to you until his done with his conversation same if you're talking to him and his mobile rings, he'll make you wait to answer his phone.

Are you sure you live in Harbour Key?? Oh, wait you work in the office so obviously you're going to give it rave reviews. Let me paint you a picture from a realistic point of view:
The staff, in particular, Francesca, is incredibly rude and totally insensitive to any issues or problems you may have even if you have lived here forever and have always been a good tenant. They are completely lacking in customer service skills and will try to nickel and dime you at every opportunity they get. The apartments are musty and mildewy. The building alarm in the hallway goes off all the time. There are power surges on a regular basis. I have been out on my balcony and have seen rats on the roof of the opposite building numerous times. The gym that you speak of is a joke. Seriously, do you really want to brag about it? Parking is a complete joke because anyone and everyone is allowed to park in the lots. Nevermind the fact that in recent years one girl was attacked and almost raped, one man exposed himself, and another man broke into an apartment in the middle of the night while two young girls were asleep. When you try to avoid parking on the complete opposite side of the property so you're not walking alone late at night and park on the sides of the street (again, because there is never any parking) and there aren't any security guards there to escort you, you get "warnings". Talk about safety and security! And finally, speaking on behalf of all of us "uneducated fools" (who just happen to have gone to college and have masters degrees - now who's throwing out the isults?) this is DEFINITELY not "high-class society" living. This is Kendall, not Brickell. So before YOU go on "babbling", think about what YOU'RE saying and who YOU are insulting. If it wasn't for us "idiotic fools", you wouldn't have a job.
By the way, this review from pagesofyou@yahoo.com (who works in the office) is another fine example of the wonderful, friendly, and professional customer service we recieve at Harbour Key Apartments (did you get my sarcasm? Or am I still an uneducated, babbling, idiotic fool?). My lease is up soon and I can't WAIT to get the hell out of here!

How can you call someone, and I quote, "a uneducated fool" when you can't use proper grammar that a 3rd grader would know?! Oh, and "bus" is spelled with one "s". I could go on but you're not with the time. Based on your below-par writing skills, I think YOU need an education. :o) Or as you would probably put it, "a education."

Let me just say the manager Maria, is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. She needs to be fired or put in jail. She screams at her tenants, at everyone! Fran wasn't that bad, but anyone is friendly compared to the brisk attitude of Maria. If you want to live in a Cuban Ghetto, move here be my guest. But if you want a clean atmosphere, professional staff, and neighbors who aren't trying to rob everything you own. THEN RUN AWAY AND RUN FAST!
