The name sounds nice but I have seen the location.

The location sucks...

It is in liberty city one of the worst neigborhoods in miami.

I called them to get information about moving in.

I saw the site online a couple of mnths ago and I asked the young lady that I wanted a application.

First she sound disinterested and I never received the application.

Second I asked my cousin about the location she would be horrified if I would even think about moving there.

I was not sure why until I went this summer a saw for my two eyes.

i complex looks nice.

But, I would not even dare myself, looking for apartments online sucks sometimes.

I don't think it's the location, I think it's you. The white neighborhoods are the ones that scare me, because they are too quiet and sometimes quiet people have something in their butts. If you were to get robbed - you know who would say something? no one because everyone is too damn quiet.

This is the problem with some folk. U think just because u live in an upscaled neigborhood it's better, but truth be told it's not their is more crime there it's just that we don't hear about it.........FOOL! Grow up and stop looking at things so negative besides nine out of ten it's people like you that are the cause and the effect of the hood!

I've actually live in hibiscus pointe now for over 6years. Moved in before they were finished building and I haven't had any major issues at all. The experience I had with a possible car thieft. I was awakened by a knock on my door at around maybe 2 or 3am by a neighbor informing me that they had just scared off a guy that was inside my car going through my things. They knew it was my car because they always see me in it. I was able to get a police report and I only had to put everything back in order. Thanks to the brave act of a black person from the hood I still have my car. In a more upsell neighborhood, where I've also experienced living you don't have too many neighbors like these with backbones. They're normally never outside and when they are they're eyes are shut. And they probably would have just assumed that it was that persons car and my car would have been GONE. It's crazy how people from the hood target the nicer neighborhoods. Ending up the ones that get hit with the worse crimes, car theifts and home invasions because it's obvious that they may have more valuable things since they can afford luxury. This normally just leaves us with the amateurs that don't have a car to get to the nicer neighborhoods or no gas. Lol. Anyway...no matter where you go in this world today there will be crime around you until Psalms 37:11 is fulfilled. "But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth. And they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace."
