I cannot wait to leave this building. There is so much street noise at all hours of the day and night. If not street noise then you can always hear conversations of drunk people at 4am from across the street. Not to mention, there were two shootings by the parking gate of the apartment building. The building is close to barry university but it is also in a very unsafe neighborhood. I have had a pest problem for the past month and it has yet to resolve. Termites are a huge problem here. They are out of control. Spend more money, live farther from Barry and live in peace.
