Please do not live here! I have been living here for several years. I am about to move out, but please listen to what I have to say.
Roaches are everywhere. An exterminator comes every month to spray chemicals in a kitchen area and a bathroom, BUT, roaches never disappear. As I wrote in the title, and everybody in this building consider this apartment as a Roach Motel.
Parking has a problem, too. Since all the doors to parking are open, everybody can get in. I've heard many instances of break-in. The building has tightened the security, but after a few month, the same thing happens.
Consider the alternative.
