rediculous policy

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
they terminated my lease without any reason. they didn't issue a refund check after I moved out. The deposit is two month s rent, total $1180.00!

they told me the deposit is for replacing the carpet, painting the apartment and replacing the kitchen cabinets

Rediculous!!!!
