close to all universities,and shopping facilites. the best thing is the location, and,the neighbors are very nice. as far as ammentities, that is another subject. laundry facilities are often in use, and when they are not, do not work well,the pool is often full of children, with little maitenance. i think it is a great place for school kids, but if you are older and like peace and need a little more space than living in a jail cell, this is not for you.
