I moved down to Miami two years ago and I've lived here since. I must say that the community is very quite, the residents are all welcoming and friendly, the management and maintenance staff here is wonderful, I've never had any issues with them. I'm acctually very surprised to see any negative feedback on this website. I think people should take the time to write more positive things instead of so much negative. From what I've seen this entire website is filled with negative feedback on most of the properties listed.
I do recommend Jade Gardens to anyone who is lookig for a place to rent.
