I'd recommend it but remember.....

it is a tiny bit ghetto, occasionally shifty characters wander in from US1.

One the plus side, it's quiet, I never hear US1, the price is right, the rooms are big, everything works and management is very nice and helpful.

The buildings are 40 years old, it isn't an easy place to keep up, but they are tring very hard.

My neighbors are nice, but someone stole a plant from my front door, and I found a used condom in the bed of my truck one morning, so you never can tell.....
