I lived here for a year while I was attending University of Miami.
This was the best place I could find in my price range.
It was pretty quiet.
The maintenance staff responded very quickly and the office staff was very friendly.
There was a change in staff about a month before I left so I'm not sure if its the same now.
The complex is old, but it is kept up well.
The parking was a problem if you come home after 9pm and I did have a lot of ants before I asked the office to come spray.
I did have a couple of lizards come to visit, but I am told that this is normal for Miami.
Overall I enjoyed Jade Gardens.
