I'm only writing this review because of the one posted by the uptight "anonymous" person in January. Personally I have nothing negative to say about this place, I've lived here for about four years and everything has been great since, granted the pipes are old and the pressure comes and goes when I take a shower sometimes but this place is old, i think over 30 yrs. old, so you have to expect some things to go wrong sometimes. My apartment is very comfortable and they maintain it. Last year they replaced my entire a/c system and it was the first time I ever had an issue with it, I just expected them to fix it but they actually replaced the whole thing. Now, regarding the staff and their professionalism, well, since I've been here we've gone through three managers and about five leasing consultants. The staff we have now is the most professional one so far, the manager is really nice and helpful, and the leasing guy is even more so.
I really do recommend this place to anyone, the location alone is worth it. Don't pay attention to that anonymous tight*ss! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
