Six months in and I have no complaints.

It's too expensive for me and I plan on moving out when the lease expires, but if you got the budget for it I don't think there's any place better near Dadeland.

I keep to myself for the most part so I don't know how the people are.

Very few pest problem.

I've only seen 3 roaches in six months.

Minor ant problem but due to my lapses in dish washing.

Price for 1 b/b with balcony ($905) is a good rate per square foot for the area.

The 1 b/b without the balcony is much smaller at only $840.
