After nine years of living here I'm forced to move out because of a job transfer to Tampa. I have had the best experience here and I truly do recommend it. The price may be a little high but it's fair market value for the area, so if you can afford it than look no further. And if you've sat down and had the time to read through all these reviews I just want you to know that the negative ones are extremely exaggerated. Trust me, after nine years of living here I've gotten to know alot of my neighbors and not one of them including myself has had the issues I've read about here. I suggest you take the time and go check them out for yourself so that you can make up your own mind, but don't go by some of these negative reviews because from experience I can tell you that their truly not as bad as they say. I also wanna add that I agree with the other people that said that the staff is the best. I've been through the "dictatorship" era of the property but ever since the current manager stepped in, the propery has had a complete turn around: maintenance issues get resolved the same day if not the next, the assistant is super nice, and the maintenance staff is awesome, they don't really speak english but they try.
Best of luck to all of you in search of a new apartment.... But again, go check them out, they're worth your time.
