Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
 

Noisy air conditioner (when it works), poor maintenance, constant problems with unit.

Will move out immediately when lease term expires.

Tried to get out of lease early, but management will not budge, regardless of how many problems I have had in the short time I have been here.

At least the pool is nice.
