I honestly don't understand the complaints about Jade Gardens or their staff.
I have been living here, going on 11 years now, and I have no complaints whatsoever.
Moving in I was fully aware that it's an older property and things were not "perfect."
The maintenance staff are friendly and competent.
As for the office staff, I admit there have been a couple of glitches throughout the years, but those people are no longer employed at Jade.
And in my humble opinion, those who are currently employed, are not only friendly, but quick to take care of any problems that occur.
I have met a few of my neighbors who have also lived here for years, and everyone seems to feel the same; so for those who are looking for a decent place to live at a good price, I would take the few complaints that you may read on here with a grain of salt.
Sounds to me that the few who have written negative things are simply people with issues and/or have their own agendas.
Poor staff!
