You`ll never get a quiet day at home here!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
Pros: Well maintained complex. Office staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking space. Gated community. Quiet neighbours. Close to US1 and Dadeland Mall.
Cons:
1. Every day there`s some maintenance and landscaping going on. Contractors and workers are loud and obnoxious - most active between 6.30 am - 11 am. You will never get a quiet day home!!! Working night shifts and hoping to catch up with the sleep during the day - forget it. This is no place for you.
2. No ventilation in the bathrooms - all the moisture stays in the apartment and there`s a good chance you`ll get mold in the closet, adjacent to the bathroom.
3. No kitchen hoods - if you`re cooking the whole place smells like food. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
