there are several apartments in the area that go for the same or comparable price that do not advertise on the internet they cater to a web crowd and there is a wifi connection at the coffee shop around the corner but a dead zone for cellular phone reception there is a severe fire or emergency hazard with the gate that i found out about after i moved in that locks you in because of the lack of pedestrian exit requiring a buzz-in from an "anonymous" neighbor the locks on the doors are no good and you might as well be locked in with bump key however the place looks like it makes money because the parking lot is always full and there is an empty condo complex right across the street in the downtown dadeland area the jaywalk across us-1 to the train station is a bomb if you take the stairs
