Cheap but below par

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
Miami is a stupid city full of stupid people, but Kendall Park is worse than average, filled with incredibly noisy and obnocious people at all hours. They let their kids play in the pools in lightning storms! The staff is okay, the kitchen is too small.

Again, very noisy. I did not like living there.
