they steal money on leasing termination charges

Dont specify how much they will charge if two months notice is not given, so they can take whatever your deposit is an more!

rental prices go steeply up each year.
security gates are never down, and afer years of not enforcing their tow-away policy, they will order your car to be towed at random without giving notice that they will actually start enforcing this policy.
