This place is worse than ever ! It was been recently sold & new management / Equity Residential is now in place - but what a disaster. Big on promises, short on delivery & a HUGE hassle to deal with -everyone i know here feels the same way. ( & i'm a patient person & easy to get along with. ) I can only guess that the recent high ratings were posted by management posing as impartial residents. No way would anyone living here give this place a high rating. Laughable !

the parking is horrible especially at night. maintenance is pretty good when they actually show up. sometimes they'll show up and start a job, then they'll leave and you won't see them again until you go to the leasing office to complain about it. construction? oooh god. they're always doing something. which leads to noise? aside from the construction that never ends, there are always landscapers cutting grass. there's ALOT of noise during the daytime and it's about 4 days a week. there's always something going on here and i feel like even the leasing office doesn't know what they're doing. we used to be under a different management company and i rarely complained. now with equity residential, i feel like i'll be leaving after my lease is up. don't move here. =)
