Getting Better

I like the community, the apartments are nice, Grounds are well maintained and pool area is very nice as well. I am not a problematic person but I do have to say that the service I received from the management office during the first couple of weeks was really bad. First, it took them almost a month to approve my application and tell me I could move in. After I paid all my deposits, applications fees, and non-refundable fees, they left a note on my door two months after moved in saying that I still owed $250 which of course I didn't. Their lack for organization is amazing. I would call and they would hang up the phone and again as I called back, just because they were very busy and had many calls. They would always tell me they were going to call me back about something and wouldn't. My AC wouldn't work, and had to call many times until they finally fixed it, let's hope it stays that way. Zela (Assistant Manager), has been very helpful and knows how to treat people, thanks to her I would say it??s getting better. I recommend these apartments because they are nice and service is slowly but surely getting better (again thanks to Zela).
