I lived here for a little over a year, and although I wouldn't recommend it I wouldn't not recommend it either. The staff was very friendly and professional (Zela, Manny, Jose and maint. men, Laura and Besty (former P.M) I don't know who is in the office now but it was okay when I was there. The apartment was okay but could have been better upgraded for the price. Repairs were timely responded to- phone calls were NOT. I didn't receive my security deposit timely and had to call corporate offices for it. My rent was increased $80 whopping dollars after one year and was offered a decrease after I'd packed up my things and was prepared to move. I'd initially asked if that could be done and was denied. I didn't like the trash situation with one garbage for the entire complex. I loved walking by the lake but thought it would be nicer if they cleaned the garbage from around the shore. A plus is you can walk to Publix. The gym was closed for several months when I moved there but of course I still paid full rent without use of that amenity. The front pool was closed for repairs for a very long time too- I preferred that one because it's near the office. The complex isn't designed where you can meet your neighbors and it isn't kid friendly because it's all parking lot and nowhere to walk/play. If I HAD to live there again I would but it would not be a first choice. Overall I give the complex a C. It's one that glitters at first glance but isn't gold at all. Great Staff- just okay apartment and complex.- not compatiable with price.
