I am a current resident of King s Colony in Miami, Florida. I HATE living there. The staff is rude and unhelpful; they will also lie to you about repairs/maintenance on the complex. There are often huge piles of trash just inside the entrance to the complex. DO NOT move to King s Colony, trust me you will regret it. Miami has tons of apartment complexes the smart choice is to choose somewhere, anywhere, else to live.
