Lets start with Zoila- Rude,Rude, Rude. I went to get a lundry card once while she was there with a prospective client and she was snickering how everyone shows up always at the same time and how much she wanted to quit and so on and so on. She talks about all the tenents with other tenants and she has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE Skills. She needs to be terminated. I have been waiting for maintenece for 3 months. And Im moving out now. Thank GOD! I hear every thing next door and upstairs and the parking is horrible... there is always bird crap on car, no matter where I park. oh and the Ducks!!! Those ducks are crazy they always fly to poeple since the tenants have been feeding them. They scared the crap out of me once I thought I was getting attaked. It was Horrible!
