Lived there for 2 years and my biggest problems were maintance-never timely, nasty front office once you move in they do not respect you. My neighbors were great no problems.

Live close to lake less noise than other areas.

Never felt threatened or unsafe. Even though the front gate was always broke and every one in MIA knew the code to get in.

Parking get home before 6pm or you will not be close some people double park.

The view of the lake and w/d in unit were the best part of living here!
