When I first moved in, it was like heaven for the first year. I loved it! It was quiet, the grounds were nice, the employees are nice...I had no complaints.

Until the Section 8's started moving in. I have had the neighbors from hell. They are loud in everyway. They hang outside until all times of the morning talking loudly, playing music loudly and just being annoying.
Most of the children are rude and disrespectful and their parents are 100% worst. Lakes Edge has become a beautified ghetto. For almost $800 a month is peace and quiet too much to ask for...I guess so!

There isn't any security(anymore).
The security gate is always broken and unattended (left open). They cutout the pest control, stopped paying for the water and raised the rent. Ain't that a !@#$%^&*()!
