The rent is too high for what you get. The gates never work. You have to put up with loud neighbors which I didn't find out until I saw this forum are probably all on Section 8. I don't feel comfortable bringing guests to my place. I found another apartment in North Miami Beach that is $200 cheaper and the neighborhood is far superior. I guess for Section 8 it's ok, but why would anyone pay $800/month to live in what feels like the projects'
