The noise level in my building is out of this world!! Nonstop party on my stairwell EVERY NIGHT!!! Lazy management refuses to get rid of trouble makers. Sickening. Beer bottles left on the steps, one young man even had a "crack pipe!!!" loud music causes my corridors to vibrate, card playing until 9a.m. And get this, a HUGE grill, about the size of a small car sits in front of the steps. Folks are grilling every day. Please. DON'T COME HERE!!!!
